What is PlotShare?
PlotShare expands the number of plots and renovation opportunities available to individual self-builders.
At any one time PlotSearch lists nearly 500 sites with planning permission for 2, 3 or 4 houses which means there can be over 1,200 building opportunities. Previously the domain of the small builder or developer, PlotSearch gets self-builders together to buy and develop these sites.
PlotShare opportunities are clearly marked on the PlotSearch database and subscribers to PlotShare can indicate interest online and be told of other interested parties. Contact can be made with these people by e mail with a view to meeting and possibly "sharing" the development of the land to provide individual properties for each person

PlotShare can be added to your existing subscription
How it works:
- Add PlotShare to your existing subscription
- Search the PlotSearch database for a suitable plot
- You can view the hundreds of plots available for sharing
- When you see a PlotShare plot of interest click to register your interest
- You can check all of your PlotShares in your PlotShare page in "My Project"
- View details and comments of the others who are interested in sharing the plot
- You are informed by e mail immediately if there is a change in any of PlotShares you are interested in
- Obtain assistance from BuildStore Finance to buy and build on your plot.
