SimpleSelfBuild was created so that self-builders would have simple access to information about the things they need most - that is, land and finance - and to related products designed to help them get their self-build project off the ground.
SimpleSelfBuild is a partnership between Live Leads Ltd and BuildStore Ltd.
BuildStore Ltd is a leader in its field in the UK self-build, serious DIY and smaller property development markets. Formed in 1983, it was responsible for creating and developing the unique, award-winning 'Accelerator' mortgage, designed exclusively for the self-builder.
SimpleSelfBuild is part of the Live Leads Network of web sites and is wholly owned by Live Leads Ltd. Live Leads is a UK-based organisation committed to delivering the benefits of the internet to both consumers and business.
